Miguel Benitez-Centeno

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Miguel is a Maryland-based technology leader with 13+ years of experience in federal IT, cybersecurity, and large-scale program management. He has overseen multi-million-dollar technology initiatives and built strong partnerships across government and enterprise environments.

He obtained an A.A.S in Information Technology (Cybersecurity) at Purdue Global. He is completing an M.S. in Digital Transformation & Innovation and a B.S. in Professional Studies at Stevenson University.

As CEO, Miguel leads company strategy, vision, partnerships, and long-term innovation direction.

Jessica Benitez

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Jessica is an AI/ML engineer and Bowie State University Computer Science graduate, currently completing her M.S. in Data Science at Loyola University.

She has hands-on experience in machine learning, NLP, full-stack development, and secure software engineering, contributing to AI research, SaaS applications, and defense-aligned projects using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern development stacks.

As CTO, Jessica leads technical architecture, AI development, rapid prototyping, and privacy-first engineering across all JASA4 innovations.
