Miguel Benitez-Centeno
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
13+ years leading federal IT and cybersecurity programs. Miguel has overseen multi-million-dollar technology initiatives and built strong partnerships across government and enterprise enviornments.
He holds an A.A.S in Information Technology (Cybersecurity) at Purdue Global and is completing a B.S. in Professional Studies and an M.S. in Digital Transformation & Innovation at Stevenson University.
As CEO, Miguel leads company strategy, business development, partnerships, and the long-term direction of JASA4 Partners.
Jessica Benitez
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Jessica is an AI/ML engineer and Bowie State University Computer Science graduate, currently completing an M.S. in Data Science at Loyola University.
She has hands-on experience in machine learning, NLP, full-stack development, and secure software engineering, contributing to AI research, SaaS applications, and defense-aligned projects using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern development stacks.
As CTO, Jessica leads technical development, AI engineering, rapid prototyping, and technical execution across JASA4 Partners’ product portfolio.
